We have a 10 day return policy. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product was damaged during shipment or the wrong product was sent to you. We do not accept returns based on your experience with our product.
The item must have a receipt of proof of purchase.
Shipping expenses will be deducted from returns. If you wish to exchange an item, we will be glad to send you an exact same item and cover the shipping cost.
Please do not send your purchase back prior to contacting us. You must receive a confirmation of your purchase being eligible for a return or exchange from us first. If the item is approved, we will gladly issue a refund or exchange.
Please send an email to ruta@touchofgreenfarms.com and let us know the reason for return or exchange. Please enclose a picture of a damaged item in the email.
Once we receive your request, we will contact you within 24 hours.
